The Partner Program is for organizations that drive ongoing volume, with tiered recurring revenue share, co-marketing, lifetime account attribution, and a dedicated partner manager.

Referrers earn a flat $750 per first successful placement. Partners earn 7.5–20% recurring revenue share on every placement, for the lifetime of the introduced account — meaning if a company you introduced hires their 7th engineer through us three years later, you still earn.

Payouts process within 14 days of the placement clearing its replacement guarantee window (typically 30 days from start date). We support wire, ACH, and PayPal in 40+ countries, paid in your local currency.

Every partner and referrer gets a unique link plus a CRM tag on submitted introductions. Attribution is tracked for 90 days from first touch on referrals, and lifetime on partner-introduced accounts. No browser cookie required.

The Referral Program has zero contract or minimum — you can refer a single company and never log in again. The Partner Program requires a simple partner agreement, but no volume minimums. You graduate tiers organically as placements close.
